Bartender Information 

We do require a 4 hour minimum on all events. 

We recommend one bartender for 75-100 guest. 

We do provide liquor liability insurance up to One Million Dollars. 

We do need a minimum of 30 minutes to set up depending on the size of your party. 

Bartender will bring their basic serving tools and ice bucket. 

Client is responsible for providing all alcohol for events.

We do provide consultation services for your liquor purchase and mixer purchase after deposit has been made.

LED Bar Rental

Spacious for one bartender but can accommodate two if needed. At a full 4′ wide and only weighing 70 lbs, it easily sets up in seconds and folds down to just 8″ for transport and storage. Combined with our Nexus LED Lighting system.

Wait Staff Service

Wait Staff Information

All of our wait staff are TABC Certified and Texas Food Handler Certified 

We do require a 4 hour minimum on all services, this includes set up and clean up. 

We recommend one wait staff member for every 25-30 guest.

For plated/seated service, we do recommend one wait staff member for every 8-10 guest. 

We pride ourselves on looking professional, well dressed and groomed for your event.  Our standard attire will include a white collard shirt, black vest, black tie and black slacks. 

Attire can be modified according to  needs. 

 

The Drink Fairy needs a team of Bartende
Wait Staff  Service 

Our staff will come in and set up your event site with linen, napkins, china, flatware, glassware, etc.

This will require additional set up time. 

Set up Non Alcoholic Beverage Stations 

Set Up appetizer, cocktail and buffet stations. 

We do recommend that we serve on the buffet line as this ensures a steady flow of service and that every guest is served a plate. 

If you opt for plated service, we will plate and deliver food to guest. 

This will require additional servers. 

We will clear guest tables of trash, empty plates and glassware.

** if you rentals, we will properly scrape and store rentals for your vendor.

We do bring trays, tray jacks, gloves, drink pitchers at no charge to you. 

We now carry foil, take out boxes since a lot of times caters don't leave those supplies to pack your food at the end of your event.
